Akrotiri Hotel is a charming, family-run hotel located in the historic district of Halepa in the lovely town of Chania, Crete. It is built on the panoramic hill of Profiti Elias, just below the Graves of the national heroes of the Venizelos family.

To the west and immediately below the hotel, it has a majestic bird's eye view of the town, its old Venetian harbor, and the small island of Thodorou with the vast expanse of the Cretan Sea at a far off distance. To the south are the equally majestic White Mountains, which generally remain snow-capped throughout most of summer. These views, and the sunsets, remain ingrained in the memories of our guests, many of whom chose to return and stay with us year after year.
